    Becoming fully clear on what it is you are striving for is a necessary element in generating the momentum to go. We start with a 60 minute consultation to get clear on our destination and look at the bigger picture of what life looks and feels like to you one year from this point.

    Be specific: what does your body feel like? How do you spend your time each day? Where will you go? How will this impact your relationships? What will you experience next?

    Now… we close the gap.

  • Training

    Our sessions together will be spent expanding our: capacities and confidence, while understanding of ourselves more, as we deepen into the physical practices. Here is where we attune to new sensations, discoveries of leverage and unlock new skill progressions that ultimately shift our identities. This training goes far beyond strength, looking amazing and being able to show off your handstand and muscle-up… this training is a foundational vocabulary for speaking elaborate languages of sports, activities and hobbies, while living the healthy lifestyles we once considered impossible to us.

  • Integration

    Some may think the real work is in the training… to me, the work has just begun. If we invest time in leveling up our physique, strength and physical prowess, we are creating new standards for living. This involves forming new boundaries, surrounding ourselves with supportive relationships, leaving behind old stories and remembering more of what we are here to do. The intentional focus of energy learned during physical training can be applied to any areas of life you wish to improve: your career, your relationship with your spouse, parents or children, and even discovering new passions and purpose. You have the freedom to choose.
